1. Refunds for Repair Services
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
If a device cannot be repaired after a paid diagnostic or repair attempt, a partial refund may be issued, minus diagnostic or handling fees.
If a repair is completed but the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we will re-assess and reattempt the repair at no additional cost. If we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for:
Issues unrelated to the original repair
Damage caused after collection (e.g., water damage, drops)
Customer tampering or third-party interference after service
2. Returns & Refunds for Products
We accept returns of unopened and unused products (e.g., phone accessories, cases, cables) within 14 days of purchase or delivery. To be eligible:
The product must be in its original packaging
It must be in resellable condition
You must provide proof of purchase
Non-returnable items:
Used or damaged products
Opened packaging
Custom orders or special request items
Screen protectors once applied
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or refund:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
If applicable, partial refunds may be applied for returned items not in original condition
5. Service Cancellations
If you cancel a repair before work begins, you are entitled to a full refund
If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the stage of the repair and any parts ordered
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective product or an item is damaged in transit:
Notify us within 48 hours of receipt
Provide clear photos of the damage
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the issue
