Visit us with your confirmation email and your device—no appointment needed!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you’ve booked, you’ll get a confirmation email. Just bring your device and that email to your chosen Gadget Fix location, and our team will take care of the rest.
CAN’T FIND THE REPAIR YOU NEED?
No worries!
If your device or issue isn’t listed, simply give us a call or pop into your nearest Gadget Fix store. Our expert technicians will be happy to assess your device and provide a custom quote. If specific parts are needed, we’ll order them in for you.
NOT SURE WHAT’S WRONG?
If your phone or device is acting up and you’re not sure why, select ‘Other Issue (Diagnostics)’ from the menu.
Our tech team will run a full diagnostic check to identify the problem. If further repair work is needed, we’ll contact you via phone, email, or in-store consultation with recommendations—then you decide if you want to go ahead.
