At Gadget Fix, we aim to provide fast and reliable shipping services to our customers across Ireland. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the collection, delivery, and return of devices for repair, as well as the shipment of any purchased items.

By using our services or making a purchase through https://gadgetfix.ie, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping services within the Republic of Ireland only. If you are outside our service area, please contact us at gadgetfixadare@gmail.com to discuss possible arrangements.


2. Device Collection and Return

If you request device collection for repair, the process is as follows:

  • Collection: We will arrange for a courier to collect your device from your provided address.

  • Repair: Once received, your device will be diagnosed and repaired according to the service requested.

  • Return: After repair, your device will be securely packaged and shipped back to your address.

📦 Packaging Instructions: Please ensure your device is safely packed for collection. Gadget Fix is not responsible for damage caused during transit due to inadequate packaging.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Collection & Return (within Ireland): €10–€15 flat rate (subject to location)

  • Express Return Shipping (optional): Additional charges apply

  • Shipping costs will be clearly stated during booking or checkout.


4. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days (each way)

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (available on request)
    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen events.


5. Tracking Information

Once your device or product has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS to monitor the status of your shipment.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Please notify us immediately at gadgetfixadare@gmail.com

  • We will open a claim with the courier and assist with resolution

  • If covered, compensation will follow the courier’s policy and insurance terms


7. Shipping for Product Sales

If you purchase accessories or gadgets from our Website:

  • Products will be shipped to the address provided during checkout

  • All items are shipped within 1–3 business days of order confirmation

  • A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent upon dispatch
